Learn to make hand-rolled gnocchi with two traditional sauces that show the diversity of regional Italian cuisine. A hearty red sauce from Calabria in Southern Italy, and a delicate brown butter and sage sauce from the Emilia-Romagna region of Central Italy. About Chef Ian Volberding

Chef Ian is a native Montanan and Italian-trained chef who honed his skills at the Apicius Culinary Institute in Florence. With experience in New York City and various kitchens across Montana, he’s passionate about sharing the joy of cooking and Italian cuisine.
